I have a pretty simplistic view, so nothing earth-shaking here. From my experience, I'd say avoid processed foods. Eat whole foods!!! Eat whole grains, fats, some protein, and colorful fruits and vegetables. The more color the better. Light on the meat. And just lots of variety. If you eat a lot of things, you're bound to get what you need! Seems simple, but I think that's kind of the point. Happy eating!Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03640101169634330760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3938750973706365796.post-60017745722426294312011-10-20T23:04:02.830-06:002011-10-20T23:04:02.830-06:00Eh, I'm no expert but I'd say focus on who...Eh, I'm no expert but I'd say focus on whole grains, fish, nuts (walnuts and almonds), lentils, beans, eggs, olive oil, berries, veggies, quinoa, flax seed. Avoid trans fats, sugar, and processed foods. Look for omega 3s and antioxidants... and don't never splurge.
