Yes, there is scientific consensus that we're causing global warming

There's been the usual misinformation going around since the latest IPCC report was approved yesterday. As usual, scientists (in the report and elsewhere) say climate change is human-caused and may be quite ugly, and conservatives push back with examples of science-y people saying the opposite. Just for the record, a 2013 survey of ~12,000 peer-reviewed studies on the climate found that among abstracts expressing an opinion on climate change
97.1% endorsed the consensus position that humans are causing global warming.
There is no scientific debate about whether humans are causing climate change, there is only a (dumb) political debate.

Let's move on already.
